Job description
Dignity Health - Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, CA is seeking a full-time night NICU RN to care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborate with the neonatal team, provide leadership, and mentor staff while ensuring family-centered care.
The hospital offers advanced ventilatory support, 24/7 neonatology coverage, telemedicine, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.
