Beth-Israel-Lahey-Health’s Exeter Hospital is offering a year-long Nurse Residency Program for new graduates. This nurse resident role supports hands-on clinical learning with experienced preceptors in a Magnet-designated setting, across Med-surg/tele, PCU, and ED holds during night shifts.
