Both divisions are backed by the speed, execution, and passion it takes to exceed the expectations of our customers.We are currently seeking a Packaging Operator to join the Wautoma, WI team.Pay: $20.50/hr + $3.00/hr shift differential.Shift: Nights 6:00PM-6:00AM. Every other weekend off!Packaging Operators are responsible to set up, adjust and operate packaging equipment on a moving assembly line following established procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Learn and understand the basic function and operation of all packaging equipmentPerform each and all packaging line operations including Setting up Bottles and ScoopsWeighing Bottles and adjusting as necessaryWatching Capping Machine and hand tightening if necessaryOperating Sealer MachineMoving Boxes and Palletizing Finished ProductRotate into various line positions when requiredEnsure that packaging specifications, requirements and standards are metPerform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areaRemove all materials from the previous run before the start of the new runKeep packaging area clear of clutterReport Quality and Production Issues to the SupervisorQualifications:Previous exposure in a manufacturing environment.Can do basic mathematicsMechanically inclined and comfortable with hand toolsActus Nutrition prides itself on advancement opportunities for our current workforce to promote from within.
