Job description
Banner Del Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Surgical and Oncology Progressive Care unit. The role covers post-surgical and medical patients, with emphasis on oncology, COPD, pancreatitis and related conditions.
You will drive plans of care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure high-quality patient experiences. The unit supports a 1:5 RN-to-patient ratio, with night shifts 7:00 pm–7:30 am.
