Job description

Wellstar Health System is seeking a new graduate RN to enter the 12-month Nurse Residency Program (NRP). You will work under supervision with Unit Managers, educators, and preceptors to transition into professional practice.

Expect structured onboarding across system standards of care and patient-focused practice. The RN Resident will join an interprofessional team, develop critical thinking and clinical skills, and participate in ongoing NRP sessions to support growth and patient care
