Job description
Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) is seeking an Emergency Department Pharmacist for overnight coverage. The role emphasizes safe, efficacious, and cost-effective medication therapy for all patients in the ED setting.
The Pharmacist will develop and monitor evidence-based pharmacotherapy care plans, assess medications for indication and safety, and coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and laboratory parameters.
