Job description
Jefferson Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift on the 3pm-11pm schedule. The role includes leading a unit, serving as a clinical resource, and coordinating patient care delivery across the continuum.
You will evaluate patient needs, monitor staffing, and collaborate with the Nurse Manager to maintain high-quality care. Active RN licensure in PA or NJ is required; a BSN is strongly preferred.
