Job description
FURLANI FOODS, LLC in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a manufacturing leader on the 3rd shift to direct two high-speed lines and a team of 58–62 associates. You will champion Lean practices, drive OEE improvements, and coordinate with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance to sustain flow and hit the production plan.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of leadership experience with Lean/Six Sigma exposure, strong coaching skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in a GMP/SQF/HACCP environment.
