Job description
Furlani Foods, LLC in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00 pm–7:00 am) to lead two high-speed lines, manage a team of 58–62 associates, and uphold GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards. You will partner with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance to optimize flow and safety while driving continuous improvement.
The role requires 2–3 years of manufacturing leadership, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, and a hands-on coaching approach.
