Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift Billing / Customer Invoicing position based in Cranford, NJ. The team member will prepare, review, and process daily customer invoices, ensuring accurate pricing, quantities, and account information for all
orders.
Qualifications
Strong numerical and data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in billing and invoicing tasks.
Ability to work reliably during night shift hours and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications
. We will train on our system.
Organizational skills to manage multiple invoices is a must
.
Prior experience in billing, or customer invoicing is preferred, especially with distribution of a food distribution company
.
Schedule is as follows:
Sunday is the only daytime hours . The hours are 11 am till approximately 7 PM. Monday through Thursday hours begin at 5 PM till 2 PM. An hour break for dinner
Some nights have overtime until the invoicing is completed. This is mandatory
The shift isn’t over until all of the orders are completed for the next day deliveries
