Job description
Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ is seeking a Night Shift Charge Nurse for the Psychiatric Unit to oversee delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care and ensure regulatory compliance. This role provides leadership to staff as a resource, mentor, and change agent.
The ideal candidate holds an Associates degree in Nursing with NJ RN licensure and BLS, with preferred BSN and 2–3 years of charge or lead experience.
