Job description
Albany Medical College seeks a Clinical Nurse II for the Post Cardiothoracic Surgery-C8 unit. This part-time night shift role focuses on coordinating patient care across the episode of care.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with BLS and a commitment to quality improvement while supporting transitions and discharge planning. The RN will oversee patient care delivery by the caregiving team, ensuring compassionate, competent care for inpatient and ambulatory settings.
