Job description
Albany Med is seeking a Clinical Nurse II for the Post Cardiothoracic Surgery - C8 unit, working 36 hours per week with night shifts. The role emphasizes coordinating care, discharge planning, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe patient transitions.
