Job description
Next 150 Construction Services seeks a Night Shift Construction Superintendent II/III to lead complex trades or multiple crews on a major project. You will ensure work aligns with scope, safety, quality, and schedule while mentoring junior field staff and coordinating with the Lead Superintendent.
This onsite role reports daily to New Florence, MO, and supports field technology, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives to raise safety and efficiency on site.
