Job description
Role:
Full-time Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) responsible for managing critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers within a team-based model.
Manage critically ill patients, providing comprehensive acute care.
Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.
Utilize the Epic EMR platform for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (preferably APP experience).
Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Additional Information:
Night shift opportunity with six 13-hour shifts per two-week pay period.
