Job description
MercyOne Clinton Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit on a 12-hour night shift. The role involves direct patient care for high-risk, critically ill adults, collaboration with physicians and nursing staff, and adherence to MercyOne's mission and standards.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree (BSN preferred), Iowa RN license, BLS, ACLS within 12 months, TNCC, and NVCI within 6 months. Strong critical thinking and communication are essential.
