Job description
Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a registered nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care during night shifts. You will use the nursing process to address physical, emotional, and social needs while coordinating care with the patient and care partner(s).
You will develop care plans, collaborate with inter-professional teams, ensure safety, and participate in hospital committees focused on safety and quality improvement. licensing requirements and BLS are required.
