Night Shift Building Floor AssistantWe're looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Building Floor Assistant to support our building operations. This role is essential in maintaining clean and organized workspaces throughout the construction process and assisting with basic building tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Experience:Clean up in and around buildings during various stages of the construction process.Ensure company premises are free of debris, trash, and miscellaneous items that may spread across the campus.Assist in the final cleaning of buildings prior to shipment to the end customer.Support basic and entry-level building tasks, including moving, organizing, and staging materials.Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.You Have:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related field is a plus.Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.Work Environment:Indoor and outdoor work settings.Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.We Have:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
