Job description
Oro Valley Hospital in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead for Nights in the Emergency Department. The role oversees unit operations, supervises nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (leadership preferred), current RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and strong communication and mentoring skills. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible experienced nurses.
