Job description
MercyOne in Des Moines is seeking a Night Shift Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations and empower the team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will foster a culture of quality, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement while guiding staff development and performance.
The role requires an Iowa RN license with a BSN (master's preferred), at least two years of clinical nursing and supervisory experience, plus BLS certification within three months of hire.
