Job description
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a full-time night shift position at Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX. The role includes managing a patient ratio of 1:4-5 and providing care in a Level III trauma center.
A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available for external candidates with at least 2 years of RN experience. Candidates must hold an RN license and be prepared to obtain necessary certifications within specified timelines.
