Job description
OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the nocturnal shift in its Emergency Department network, including Ontario, Ashland, and Shelby Hospital facilities. You will supervise nursing teams, ensure evidence-based practice, and partner with physicians to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include staffing oversight, staff development, and participation in quality initiatives and governance.
