Job description
Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This FT night shift (19:00-07:30) leads nursing and support staff, assesses staffing needs, and delivers direct patient care as needed.
You will supervise, mentor staff, coordinate admissions and transfers, ensure equipment and supplies, and uphold evidence-based protocols while fostering professional growth.
