Job description
Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support hospice patients after hours in West Bloomfield, MI. You will assess patient needs, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure continuity of care during nighttime shifts.
The role requires an RN in Michigan with hospice experience and a valid driver's license; after-hours triage or home visits may be required. This is a 24-hour-per-week position with midnight shifts.
