Job description
AdventHealth in Florida is seeking an experienced RN for the night shift in a high-acuity unit. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient responses to ensure safe, high-quality care.
You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the care team, and document all activities in the EMR while maintaining infection control and safety standards.
