Job description
HiredFirst is recruiting a Labor & Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator for a 150-bed regional medical center in Dickson, TN. The CNC serves as overnight charge nurse and assistant nurse manager for the Labor & Delivery unit, guiding staffing and bedside delivery readiness.
The role collaborates with nursing leadership to monitor care quality, participate in hiring recommendations and evaluations, and manage supplies, rounds and engagement initiatives to improve patient experience.
