Job description
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a capable Laboratory Supervisor II (Chemistry) in DeLand, FL to oversee clinical lab operations, drive quality, and ensure timely turnaround across the night shift. The role requires a Florida Supervisor license in Clinical Chemistry and Serology, ASCP/AAB/AMT certs, and 6–8+ years of supervisory lab experience.
You will manage staff, monitor quality, and ensure CAP compliance while supporting bench work and SOP implementation.
