Job description
Chautauqua Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for full-time night shift roles in Owensboro, KY. Join a team dedicated to respectful, collaborative, high-quality care for residents in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, administering medications, monitoring patients, and assisting physicians. Active LPN/RN licenses in Kentucky and 1+ year long-term care experience are preferred. MatrixCare knowledge is a plus.
