Job TitleRequired Skills:One (1) year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but will train if necessaryMust be able to read and interpret blueprints, write and follow written and verbal instructions.Possess basic computer skillsExperience using hand-measurement tools is preferredExperience operating CNC machines is preferredAccurately read a tape lineHigh School diploma/GED requiredResponsibilities and Duties:Must have experience using plasma and oxygen fuel.Knowledge of operation the operation of a CNC machineFollow safe operating and lifting procedures for overhead cranesOperate forklifts according to safe operating proceduresBring in and remove various sizes, thickness and shapes of steel parts.Maintains safe operations of all machines by adhering to company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.Maintains equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirementsMonitor the machine to ensure that it is running at maximum performanceDetect and report all machine malfunctionsDocuments actions by completing production and quality logsAdjust machine as neededOther duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to constantly work in various indoor and outdoor conditions including hot and cold temperatures, dust and noisy conditions.Must be able to lift a maximum weight up to 20 lbs. frequently; 50 lbs. occasionally.Must be able to carry a maximum weight up to 20 lbs. frequently; 50 lbs. occasionally.Frequent standing, walking, reaching forward, balancing, feeling, object handling, simple hand grasping, firm hand grasping, and operating controls will be required.Regular sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, reaching overhead, stooping, and crouching will be required.Must be able to properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany Provided Life InsuranceMatching 401 KProductivity BonusOn site clinicMonday through Friday 4:30pm to 3:00am Saturday 4:30pm to 11:00* subject to change
