Job description
NIBCO is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for its Greensboro, GA facility to lead production, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement on the 12-Hour Night shift. You will supervise Manual and Auto Packers, Production Hoppers, and maintenance leads, coordinating quality and maintenance teams to meet plant goals.
