Night Shift Manufacturing ForemanLead the night. Support the team. This is a 2nd/3rd shift position averaging 10-hour shifts.Why This RoleThe Night Shift Foreman role will provide the servant leadership mindset and oversight needed to maintain safe workflow and quality decision making support across all departments, providing a collaborative leadership presence that works in partnership with first-shift leadership.You'll be the leader employees rely on—guiding decisions, solving problems, and making sure the shift runs smoothly from start to finish.What You'll OwnA safe, high-quality production environment during overnight hoursCoordination of production across forging, heat treat, machining, and related processesStrong communication and alignment between shiftsSuccess means a shift that runs smoothly, delivers results, and sets the next team up for success.What You'll DoLead and support the production team directly on the floorMake real-time decisions to address safety, quality, or production issuesCommunicate clearly across departments and shiftsCoach and develop team members while reinforcing expectationsThis is a highly hands-on role, with the majority of time spent working alongside the team.What We're Looking For~10+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in metals or heavy industryPrior leadership experience in a production environmentStrong decision-making skills and ability to lead independentlySolid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operationsA servant leadership mindset with strong communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, process documentation, and inspection criteria preferred.Familiarity with ERP systems, production tracking tools, and intermediate computer skills.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, raw material grades and low volume /high mix, material flow.Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorshipMust be able to pass a 90-day head hair drug test todayWhy Scot ForgeEmployee-owned, stable, and growingIndustry leader in forged products for critical applicationsStrong safety culture and team-first mindsetA place where people build careers, not just resumesReady to Lead?If you're a proven shop floor leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of a shift—we'd like to connect.BenefitsWe have grown to become a leader in the open die forging industry by rewarding our most valuable resource… OUR EMPLOYEE OWNERS. We ultimately may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
