Job description
Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations for the 3rd shift in Boston, MA. The role leads overnight manufacturing activities, assigns work per schedules, and ensures compliant cGMP operations including batch records and on-the-floor reviews.
You will supervise shift personnel, maintain audit readiness, and partner with QA to ensure SOP adherence and training. A 90‑day onboarding is included with potential schedule flexibility for onboarding and training.
