Job description
Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center seeks a compassionate RN to join a Medical-Surgical unit. You will deliver evidence-based patient care, develop individualized plans, and administer medications in a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM night shift, full-time (36 hours/week).
The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, education for patients and families, and a strong focus on safety and excellence within a supportive Med/Surg 2, Innovations Unit environment.
