DCI Donor Services is seeking an On-Site Medical Call-Center Specialist in Knoxville, TN. The role requires coordinating donation processes, capturing medical information, and supporting donor families with empathy.
Training starts during daytime hours for a rotating night shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am EST. Ideal candidates have a two-year health-related degree or nursing/paramedic/EMT certification, 1+ year healthcare experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
