Job description
Night Shift Mobile Equipment OperatorViking Aggregates is Night Shift Mobile Equipment Operator to safely operate a front-end loader in a sand pit/ quarry environment. This role is essential to keeping production moving by loading trucks, maintain stockpiles, and supporting plant operations.What You'll Do:Operate a front-end loader safely and efficientlyLoad customer and company trucks to proper weight/ specificationsFeed hoppers, conveyors, and crushersBuild and maintain stockpilesPerform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance (greasing, fueling, cleaning)Keep work areas clean and control spillageWork with plant and pit crews to maintain production flowSchedule6:00PM -6:00AM, 6 nights/week (Sunday night - Saturday morning)RequirementsLoader or heavy equipment experienceExperience in aggregates, quarry, mining or constructionAbility to work safely around truck and other equipmentBasic mechanical knowledgeReliable and dependable with strong attendanceTeam player with good communication skillsWhy Viking Aggregates?Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insuranceRetirement savings planPTO starts day 1 + paid holidaysAdditional Requirements:All offers are contingent upon successful post-offer drug testing, background check, and motor vehicle record verification.Equal Employment Opportunity:The Rasmussen Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
