Job description
Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to serve as House Supervisor and Float Pool RN in a critical access hospital setting. This unique role blends leadership with advanced clinical flexibility, guiding operations and patient care across units.
Ideal candidates have strong decision-making abilities, 3+ years of hospital nursing, and current RN licensure. BLS/ACLS completion before first shift is required, with a preference for a BSN and 5 years of hospital experience.
