Job description
Mercy is seeking a Night Clinical Supervisor for the Mother Baby Unit in St. Louis.
This leadership role oversees overnight clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care for mothers and newborns while supporting nursing staff and coordination with physicians. The Night Supervisor will guide staffing, onboarding, and ongoing education, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and act as a bedside RN when census or acuity requires.
