Job description
Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation in Jamestown, KY, is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for the Night Shift. In this role you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care and support daily clinical needs within a collaborative team.
We offer a strong benefits package, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly raises up to 5.5%, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k), shift differentials, and PTO with accruals. A current LPN or RN license and 1+ year of long-term care experience are preferred.
