Job description
Windham Hospital seeks an experienced Patient Care Administrative Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations on the 7:00pm-7:00am shift (every third weekend). The role requires a BSN, CT RN license, and 3+ years in acute care supervisory settings, with BLS and ACLS credentials.
The supervisor will uphold nursing standards, drive quality improvements, and ensure smooth patient flow and coordination across departments during his/her shift.
