Working here you'll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide.What You'll Work OnImplement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality and safety systemManufacture liquid adult, pediatric, and medical nutritional productsLift and handle raw ingredients during weighing, staging, and manufacturing processesOperate scales, portable pumps, container rinsers, homogenizersPerform hand cleaning, clean-in-place (CIP), cleaning-out-of-place (COP), and routine housekeepingInteract with computer systems integrated into the manufacturing process and document steps per work orders and job proceduresPrepare, operate, monitor, and document bulk slurries for blending operations, heat treatment processes, and controlled weigh systemsOperate and monitor computer-controlled CIP systems for manufacturing equipment (e.g., tanks, heat treatment systems)Receive and unload bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicalsYou'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.Position DetailsCompetitive Pay Rate and Shift DifferentialShift: 12-hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)Schedule: Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent 4-week rotation:Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFFWeek 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hoursWeek 3: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun – OFFWeek 4 :Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hoursThis schedule offers stability and work-life balance while providing opportunities for overtime.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to continuously lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shiftKnowledge of food processing techniques and documentation requirementsAbility to read and follow work orders, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and operate powered industrial vehiclesGood mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a plant production environment (preferably in drug, food, or beverage manufacturing)In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.The base pay for this position is $19.05 – $38.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
