Job description
Night Shift Production SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, custom fabrication operation. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-mix, fast-turn job shop where multiple custom projects move through production at the same time. Priorities, specifications and deadlines can change quickly, so we need a leader who can make decisions, adjust resources and keep production moving safely and efficiently.What You'll DoLead and work alongside the night-shift production teamAssign employees and resources based on changing production prioritiesDrive safety, quality, productivity and on-time completionSet expectations and hold employees accountableCoach and develop team membersTroubleshoot production, equipment and personnel issuesCoordinate priorities and shift handoffs with managementEnsure completed work is accurate and properly stagedWhat We're Looking ForPrevious supervisory or crew-leadership experience required (at least 3 to 5 years)Manufacturing, fabrication, construction or industrial production experienceExperience in custom/job-shop or project-driven manufacturing strongly preferredAbility to independently manage multiple jobs and changing prioritiesHands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the teamStrong communication, organization and problem-solving skillsAbility to consistently work night shiftExperience with rebar, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, construction products, heavy fabrication or other fast-turn custom manufacturing is especially valuable.This is not an entry-level leadership opportunity. We are looking for an experienced lead who can own the shift, lead from the floor and get production accomplished.
