Job description
Zeochem LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Shift Leader (Manufacturing Supervisor) for the 6pm–6am night shift. This hands-on, first-line supervisory role covers production operations and administrative duties to meet safety and quality objectives.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a process industry (chemical preferred), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate 6–8 operators while maintaining a safe, compliant plant environment.
