Triage Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment at a Long Term Acute Care Hospital in Travelers Rest, SC. The 12-hour night shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 48 weekly hours and a 39-bed facility using EPIC charting.
The assignment starts on 11/9/2026 and pays $2,328 gross weekly, excluding taxes and other deductions. This opportunity includes a Day One 401(k) with employer matching, licensing reimbursement, and nationwide health, dental, vision, and life insurance
