Job description
South Shore Health System is seeking an experienced home health nurse to provide skilled care to acutely ill or chronic patients in the community. The role operates overnight, Sunday through Saturday, from 8pm to 8am, delivering high-quality patient-focused care in the home setting.
Under general supervision, you will perform diversified clinical duties and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage pain, assess conditions, and document care.
