Job description
United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an Observation Registered Nurse for the NT2 Cardiac Telemetry unit at Wilson Medical Center. In a fast-paced, night-shift environment, you will independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a group of patients, while educating families and ensuring safe medication administration.
You will contribute to shared governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practice, support new staff, and uphold nursing standards and policies.
