Job description
South Shore Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage individualized, outcome oriented nursing care, coordinating assessments, planning, and delivery in accordance with hospital policies.
Responsibilities include medication administration, plan of care documentation, patient and family centered care, safety, professional development, tech use, compliance, and age/culture considerations; graduates of accredited nursing programs encouraged.
