Job description

Sanford Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, with 12-hour night shifts and 30 scheduled hours per week.

You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, perform patient assessments, plan and implement care, educate patients, triage, and ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and the standards of Sanford Health.
