Job description
Renew360° in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse for Detox/Residential to join our medically managed detox and residential unit. You will collect data, document nursing diagnoses, provide direct care, and implement orders in a safe, supportive environment.
You may act as Charge Nurse, supervise LPNs, and coordinate care with physicians. Experience with mental illness or substance use disorder required; recovery from substance use is a plus.
