Job description
Salinas Valley Health is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the 5M Observation Care Unit in Salinas, CA. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care with supervision from the Director.
You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the health care team to deliver a comprehensive plan of care. Responsibilities include discharge planning and patient education, under the hospital's policies and the Nurse Practice Act.
