Job description
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care on a 12-hour night shift (7p-7a) in a non-exempt role. The position emphasizes nursing process, patient assessment, discharge planning, and coordination of care within the unit.
Current Massachusetts nursing licensure is required; BLS is mandatory, ACLS preferred. A BSN is highly preferred, with a strong foundation in nursing theory and patient-centered care.
